Thanks to our Wine Maker, Adam from Mount Towrong Vineyard​ (if you haven’t tried their wine yet do it this weekend!), and our Chef, Erica from LIFE and FORK Cooking School in the Macedon Ranges​ (formerly at Marco Pierre White’s Criterion restaurant). The food and wine was outstanding – seriously World class! I can’t thank and praise you enough for the incredible experience you provided.

The duck confit with the Nebbiolo was something special. And the bitter chocolate tart was out of this world, the dried raspberries and vintage merlot salt served with it really paired it well to the Lagrein.
