Airport, with easy access to the Calder Freeway, a superb location for
Corporate Groups. Set on 53 acres of rolling hills and golf fairways, Lawson
Lodge is surrounded by stunning bush land and National Park, with amazing views
of Mount Macedon. The Macedon Ranges are so close to Melbourne and the airport
but with such an amazing bush setting you would think you were hundreds of miles
away from the city.
You have guaranteed exclusive use / sole occupancy of this stunning Macedon
Ranges property, and unlike other venues we don’t charge you more for this
privilege. Exclusive use of the property includes use of the Conference Centre,
luxury accommodation in 8 bedrooms, wonderful facilities, and private dining.
We can personally tailor your dining requirements for your conference, with an
array of menu options using the finest produce, freshly cooked for all meal
breaks: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, or dinner. Several
locations can be utilised for a variety of dining experiences, including
pre-dinner canapés served in the gardens, Gourmet BBQ by the Golf Course,
Four-course dinner in the Function Room, or even a themed dinner in the Sports
Lounge.
Inclusions in your conference package: -
Package includes the following facilities for the duration of your stay: -
• Unlimited use of all our facilities including the 9 Hole Golf Course,
37 Seat Movie Cinema, Sports Lounge & Bar, Tennis, Basketball, Spa, Gym, Trout
Fishing Lake, Archery, Petanque, Billiards and Bush walking tracks.
• Conference room hire with the room set up to your liking (u-shape,
boardroom, cluster, theatre etc). In fact the entire Conference Centre is all
yours.
• Use of all Lawson Lodge’s audio-visual equipment (data projector,
screen, TV/VCR/DVD, flipchart, whiteboard, overhead projector, CD Player,
lectern/microphone/speakers)
• Luxury accommodation in the Canadian style mountain lodge, with some of
the nicest rooms in the Macedon Ranges all stylishly decorated.
• Daily Melbourne newspapers provided each day.
Package includes the following meals for the duration of your stay: -
• Breakfast includes cooked to order breakfast with your choice of eggs
(fluffy scrambled, poached, or fried) and a range of extras including bacon,
sausages, tomato, & mushrooms, as well as continental buffet (cereal, toast,
fruit, yoghurt, etc) plus all juice, espresso coffee and a range of teas.
• Morning tea (variety to choose from, inc home baked muffins, danishes,
slices, mini quiche, fruit platters…)
