Conference Centre
Our Conference Centre has a range of facilities to suit any corporate event:

• The Boardroom has a beautiful view across the
Golf Course and Lake, with the mirrored glass giving complete privacy yet
ample natural light. The Boardroom seats 12 comfortably, with individually
controlled heating and cooling, internet access, telephone, and optional in-room
tea and coffee facilities. It really is the perfect executive meeting room.
• The Conference Room can be set to comfortably
seat any group size: 20 people for medium sized conferences (with ample
space that any Facilitator would love!), up to 120 people for large seminars.
The views of Mount Macedon are inspirational, with an abundance of natural light
flowing in. Individually controlled heating and cooling also, and several
internet access points and power points accessible.
• Audio-visual equipment supplied includes
data projector, projection screen, overhead projector, whiteboard, flipcharts,
TV/VCR, CD Player, lectern/microphone/amp/speakers, and staging if required.
Additional equipment can be arranged upon request.
• Our very own 37 seat Theatre for presentations
or movie nights! The Theatre is one of the highlights of Lawson Lodge, with
35 old-style cinema chairs lovingly restored and 2 luxurious Gold Class recliner
chairs, a six foot theatre screen and full digital controls on a touch screen
panel that can adjust everything from one central location (lights, volume,
screen curtain, play/pause etc, or switching between TV, DVD, VCR or PC). There
is a PC connection for PowerPoint presentations, lectern with microphone for
stronger voice projection, even internet access available, so everything has
been thought of for your presentation to run smoothly. Or why not unwind with a
movie night, or catch your favourite sport live on the big screen.
• Several breakout areas for syndicate groups
with separate areas available in the Conference Centre, or if the weather is
nice why not break out to one of the many outdoor settings at Lawson Lodge and
be inspired by the surrounds.
• Work stations outside the Conference Room
allow delegates to access the internet to check emails and follow up important
business, with several power points to keep your laptop battery charged.
• The Sports Lounge and Bar has a soft corporate
feel. With its country surroundings, wood fire and an abundance of sporting
memorabilia, you will have no problems unwinding. Ideal for a more casual
conference session, breakout groups, meal breaks or a well earned drink and game
of billiards after a hard day.
• Ample space (53 acres) to utilise for
company signage and product displays.
• With a huge range of facilities you have
several options for team building activities.
